Beginner Sprint Triathlon Training Plan
This plan is 12 weeks long and is designed to help you complete your first sprint distance triathlon or help you take a bit of time off your first attempt. The plan is split in to 3 phases:
weeks 1-4 are designed to help develop your skill set;
weeks 5-8 are designed to help you build your endurance; and
weeks 9-12 are race specific sessions to prepare you for the big day.
